Pricing & Quotations
All prices in USD. Quotations valid 7 days. Subject to market conditions.
Incoterms
We trade under ICC Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW) as specified per contract.
Payment Terms
30–50% deposit on confirmation, balance before shipment. T/T or confirmed L/C accepted.
Quality & Inspection
All products inspected before shipment. Disputes require third-party inspection within 5 days of arrival.
Force Majeure
ParsAgrex is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
Governed by Iranian law. Disputes resolved by negotiation or ICC arbitration.
